Do Not Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!

If you like to have a cocktail from time to time, keep your money out of the casino if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your wallet, and leave all cash, credit cards and chequebooks at home. Only take only the cash you expect to spend on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you intend to lose and leave the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Not at all. Just realistic. You may well have a win following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to catch a marathon toss at a on fire craps game. Keep that adventure considering that it’s as short-lived as it gets if you always consume alcohol and wager. The two simply don’t go well together.

Keeping your money back at the hotel might be a bit excessive, but preventative measures for drastic behavior is necessary. If you play to succeed, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you can afford to burn your money without a worry, then consume all the gratuitous beer your stomach can handle, but don’t pack charge cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your hooched up self loses all the cash!

Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t drink and then head on the internet to wager in your favorite casino either. I love to drink from the coziness of my condo, but because I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and wager.

Why? Despite the fact that I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is clearly adequate to cloud my common sense. I gamble, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are a drinker, do not wager at the same time. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and costly, drink.
